EU adds additional persons to Ukraine-related sanctions list

On 29 November 2017, the Official Journal published Council Decision 2014/855/CFSP of 28 November 2014 amending Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine and Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1270/2014 of 28 November 2014 implementing Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine (the Regulation). The Regulation adds 13 individuals and five entities to Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014.
